Why did you start your business?
I started in real estate because I genuinely love helping people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Buying or selling a home is emotional, exciting, and sometimes stressful. I wanted to be the person who made that process feel manageable, honest, and even enjoyable. Over time, that passion grew into building a team and a brand that reflects my values: integrity, hard work, and putting people first, always.
How do you define success?
Success isn’t just measured in sales or awards, it’s measured in trust, repeat clients, and referrals from friends and family. When someone calls me years later to help their kids buy their first home, or sends me a holiday card because of the relationship we built, that’s success to me. It means I did my job right and made a lasting impact.
What motivates you?
My clients, my team, and my community motivate me every day. I’m driven by seeing families take the next step in their lives, helping sellers reach their goals, and watching my agents grow and succeed. I’m also deeply motivated by giving back and being there when people truly need help. Knowing that I can make a difference, professionally and personally, is what keeps me going.
