Q: What makes your business unique?

What truly sets us apart is the close-knit community we've built with our artists. They are the heart and soul of our store. We specialize in hand-painted furniture, custom pieces, upcycled furniture, original art, and an array of decorative accessories. Additionally, we offer a mouthwatering selection of jams, jellies, salsas, honey, and our special blend of seasonings. Our dedication to showcasing local talent and providing a platform for these artists to shine is what makes us truly unique.

Q: Why/How did you start your business?

My husband and I purchased the business from the previous owner because we saw the potential it had and the need for hands-on care and love. We were already vendors in the store since its inception, so we understood what it needed to thrive and bring the community closer to our local talent. It was a natural progression for us, and we're grateful to continue supporting our local artists.

Q: How do you define success?

Success, for us, lies in the joy we bring to our customers when they find that perfect piece of furniture or artwork. We love hearing their stories and knowing that we've created a memorable shopping experience. Their 'oohs,' 'aahs,' and laughter are incredibly rewarding. To us, success is measured by the happiness and satisfaction of our customers.

We are driven by the excitement we all share in introducing our customers to our artists and their unique works of art. We love sharing the stories behind the creations, how they are made, and what motivates our artists. It's fulfilling to see the support our shop and customers provide, which keeps the small business dream alive. Moreover, supporting our 26 artists and helping them live their dream is a great source of motivation. Without our loyal customers and these amazing artists, we wouldn't be in business.

Q: What products/services do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of 'coastal' inspired furniture, art, and decorative accessories. Our artists strive to create unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that cannot be found anywhere else. In addition to furniture, we have two ladies boutiques offering trendy apparel, athletic wear, handbags, and beach cover-ups. Our three jewelry makers specialize in everything from trendy to boho pieces.

Additionally, we have a kitchen area filled with locally made sea salts, Bloody Mary mixes, jams, jellies, salsa, honey, spices, hot sauces, and chocolates. Our selection of gift items includes hand-embroidered hand towels with hysterical sentiments, hand-stamped vintage flatware with pithy sayings, and hand-painted signs that keep our customers laughing. We also offer luxurious locally made soaps, body oils, body creams, scrubs, and fragrances.

Moreover, we host workshops for artists and customers, covering a range of topics from charcuterie classes to self-defense, investing, and even cuss word calligraphy. And don't miss our Outdoor Market held twice a year, featuring 40 talented artisans, local food trucks, live music, and a local brewery.
